Customer Service Representative/Agent (Part-time)

Job Description:
– Be assigned to company’s client services
– Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from company client’s service market areas
– Be responsible for responding to client’s customers inquiries, complaints, and other customer related issues and concerns using the customer relationship management system

Basic Qualifications:
– Must have a moderately high fluency or command of CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH and FILIPINO languages
– At least 2nd year college / university level
– Must be computer literate
– Must be willing to work in evening shifts (until 10PM), on Holidays, and weekends
– Having previous work related experiences is an advantage
– Fast learner and be able to be knowledgeable of the client’s products and services
