Job Description:
– To handle call from company’s client services
– Handle inbound and outbound calls from company’s client service market areas
– Be responsible for responding client’s customer inquiries, complaints, and other customer related issues and concern during the customer relationship management system
Basic Qualifications
– Must have a high fluency in ENGLISH and FILIPINO language
– At least college / university level
– Must be computer literate
– Must be willing to work on Holidays and Weekends
– Having previous work related experiences is an advantage
– Fast learner and be able to be knowledgeable of the client’s product and services
